What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache And Fatigue?
Went to ER last night for vomit, diarrhea, headache. They gave me two liters if fluids, zofran, Pepsi, potassium, and a shot to prevent cramping. I ve had no more nausea or diarrhea but today I have a really bad, persists t headache and fatigue. They didn t flu test me... what other things could this be?

Your symptoms could be related to a viral infection (gastro-enteritis).
For this reason, I recommend having some rest, taking plenty of fluids and taking Loperamide for diarrhea and anti-emetic drugs (Metoclopramide) against nausea.
Rehydration liquids (saline and electrolytes) may help improve your weakness and headache.
A stool analysis may be needed.
