My 27 year old son is visiting from California. He s been vomiting and his hands are very shakey and he s jittery. He said he just doesn t feel right. At what point should I be concerned enough to take him to the Emergency Room. Of course, he doesn t have insurance

Noted the history of your 27 years old son visiting from California, vomiting and have shaky hands, jittery, does not feel right, It is at this point that you have to take him to ER for clinical evaluation, examination and test of stool, blood and urine. Particularly the electrolytes in blood. Keep the fluid and electrolyte balance well corrected and the symptoms may pass off and you will get ok. I would further advise you the following in such a situation: Once the cause is found the specific treatment becomes possible to get corrected and you will be fine.
