What Causes Vomiting And Pain In The Abdomen?

Last Friday I was admitted to the hospital for stomach pain. The bacteria levels in my urine were so high that the lab couldnt measure them, I also had elevated pancreas levels. And white blood cell counts were up.After much testing and fasting, nothing was found. So, just 15 mins. ago I began vomiting for no reason and the pain is back.I spent 4 days in the hospital with no answers. I wonder of you have any answers.. I just took a disolveable anti nausea strip , it is working .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The presence of bacteria in urine is related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest you do a urine culture to see which antibiotic is more effective in your case.

Meanwhile, I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen.

I also suggest you drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
