What Causes Vomiting And Fever While On Medication For Spine Tuberculosis?

My mother is suffering from spine tb and her treatment started wid 2 tablets of forcox daily and streptomycin injection of 1g alterate days after the treatment of about 24 days she started vomiting and very bad back ache and her condition was becoming worse so now we started with DOTs treatment but my doubt is whether is it multi drug resistant t.b or not?? And her vomiting fever and pain is sill continued what could be the reason behind it? And which treatment is better DOTs or Forecox tab

Anti-tubercular treatment (ATT) can lead to side effects. Worsening of symptoms despite starting of ATT can be suggestive of resistance against the drugs. I suggest you to consult your treating doctor to review the treatment.
