What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhoea Along With High Fever In A Child?
On Tuesday my 5 year old daughter got the diarrhea, Wednesday she started vomitting for about 24 hours and also had a fever about 102.5. Thursday and Friday she continued to have some diarrhea. Today she has some diarrhea and a temp of 100.5. She has been drinking fluids. My question is do you think this is just a virus that we have to let run it s course?

After reading your post, it seems that your child is having infection of the gastrointestinal tract and needs medical management. I would advise that you should get him clinically examined and investigated by his Paediatrician for further medical management.
