Hello,

The stomach flu may last from 3-5 days and in rare cases up to a week. It is a viral infection and generally, it goes away on its own and no specific treatment is needed.
It is important though that she gets oral rehydration solutions to substitute both water and electrolyte loss. These can be accessed over the counter in the pharmacy. You are already feeding her well. It is important to give her frequent small amounts of food to eat to prevent her from vomiting.

If she is not better in another 2-3 days or you notice any worsening or she is not able to keep fluids in (she is losing more fluids than she is taking in), she will need to be sent again to the doctor to check the need for intravenous fluids.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
