hi mam/sir,just relax.no side effects occur with administration of lanzol post dinner.its efficacy is reduced such that it wont help much as it would before meals.lanzol is given to reduce the gastric acid secretion especially in peptic ulcer disease,heart burn,gastro esophageal reflux disease.your kid would benefit if he is suffering from any of the above conditions.but it doesnt work for loose stools.fluid replacement with oral rehydration solutions is the main stay of diarrhoea in children.sporolac(lactobacillus) capsules or sachets can be given once daily.if diarrhoea and vomiting persists even after 2 days,he may need an antibiotic for which you can go for a pediatrician.you can give him ju.lanzol along with the above medications.please take care of his hydration status.hope my explanation helps you.other queries if any,please let me know.thank you.take care.i pray god to make your kid well as soon as possible.bye.
