What Causes Vomiting And Blurred Vision?

I am not pregnant or hung over, but I woke up today very dizzy, blurred vision and throwing up. I am not throwing up bile and it is clear fluids. I am dry heaving because I haven't eaten in a long time. I throw up if I sit up or stand. Any idea what's going on?

it seems like you might have food poisoning. if there is no associated excruciating headache and you feel pain or discomfort in the abdomen then its surely food poisoning. all you need to do is stay hydrated, if you cant swallow at all then you might need intravenous infusion to keep you hydrated, and if the throwing up hasnt yet stopped you should also get an antiemetic in your infusion. if it has stopped and you can swallow then you should take pedialyte and keep your diet soft and free of milk and dairy products for a few days.
