What Causes Vomiting And Blood In Stool After Taking Baclofen And Gabapentin?

I took 10mg of Baclofen and 100mg of gabapentin at bedtime prescribed by my doctor. The following day at dinner time I took a Zantac an hour later I was throwing up and had diarrhea with a lot of blood. Is this just a bad drug interaction or is something more serious going on

Noted the history of taking 10 mg of Baclofen, 100 mg of Gabapentin at bedtime as prescribed by your Doctor, took Zantac at dinner time the other day - started lot of vomiting and diarrhea with blood after an hour, wants to know whether this is a bad drug interaction or more serious going on...
The most probable causes looks to be:
Intestinal infection causing vomiting and diarrhea with blood.
If this would have been reaction to Baclofen and/or Gabapentin, there might have been other symptoms like skin rash, itching and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool for test.
Blood tests.
If there is indication of infection get started with proper antibiotic and metronidazole, PPI like Omeprazole antacid as required.
Also take probiotics, activated charcoal tables, multivitamins and symptomatic treatment as needed.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and colonoscopy if required.
Further management as advised.
Do not try anything at home when there is blood in stool, you need an expert opinion if you want to avoid complications.
