Hi,

He may be suffering from withdrawal symptoms after each episode after stopping of the drug.

Detox is only the first step toward recovery. Heroin addiction can be treated successfully in a drug addiction treatment program.

It is done in a slow manner. During withdrawal period usage of Methadone or Buprenorphine or Naloxone or Naltrexone usage is important.

So you have to consult your psychiatrist or rehabilitation centre, they will withdraw slowly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
