General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Amisha,

I read your problem, and I do understand your concern.

I do not think you are experiencing any miscarriage, because normally the miscarriage causes vaginal blood, fever and abdominal pain in the pubic area.

The stomach pain is due to vomiting, while vomiting is due to pregnancy.

I would suggest you to schedule a ultrasound examination with your local gynecologist periodically to follow up your pregnancy.

Congratulations and best regards,

All the best to you and to your child,
Dr. Eni
