What Causes Vomiting After Having Meals?

My 31 year old son has always had a selective eating disorder eating only fries, chips, strawberry oatmeal, chocolate milk, apples, peanut better and crackers. He is overweight. He does not go to the doctor for checkups. Over the past 10 days he has vomited daily, after eating Anything = just now after having a chocolate protein drink. He does not want to even discuss going to the doctor. I am worried. Comments, suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear user,

I do understand your problem.
What I do suggest is a regular normal and balanced rhythm of eating-sleeping-exercising.
I know that this may sound familiar, but this is the key in your situation.

Try to take your son for a long walk daily.
Try to provide for him delicious cooking with fruits and vegetables, avoiding oils and sugars.

Make sure that he has a regular physical activity that tireds him enough for a good and regular sleep in a room with fresh air.

Also, being comprehensive and a very loving person towards him will help also.

Make sure that he goes out with friends, if not, try to be his friend and go out more often with him.

I wish you all the best,
Eni Manoku M.D
