What Causes Vomiting After Exercising?

I have started doing exercises every morning for an hour in the gym. At the end I walk/run on trademill for 6-7 minutes. But I have observed I got a vomitting tendency and feel too tired after doing that. The vommitting tendency happened for 2 days. Is this something serious?

Do you exercise on an empty stomach or do you have your breakfast before exercising? If you have your breakfast before exercising, make sure to eat atleast half an hour before you start exercise. Avoid anything heavy and fat rich before exercise as it delays digestion. If food stays in the stomach for a long time when you are exercising, you will feel vomiting sensation. Have something light and easily digestible carbohydrates before you exercise and avoid eating anything immediately after exercising. Rest well before you have a meal after exercise to avoid abdominal discomfort. Hope this will help.
