What Causes Vomiting After Eating?

35 YR OLD MALE 6FT TALL HAD VBG DONE IN 2001 . HAS PROBLEMS EATING MEALS OR ANY THING WITH OUT VOMITING AFTER WARDS . TRIED DIFFERANT THINGS TO BE ABLE TO EAT . NOW HE GOT WAKEN UP BY COUGHING IN MIDDLE NIGHT ENED UP VOMITING BLOOD AND BLACK STUFF LIKE COFFEE GROUNDS THE LAST 2WKS BEFORE THIS HE TASTED BLOOD IN HIS MOUTH . WHAT IS GOING ON ??? PLEASE HELP WOULD LIKE SOME ANSWERS HE HAS LOSSED LOT OF WEIGHT IS HIS BAND TOO TIGHT , CAN IT BE LOSENED , OR WILL IT KILL HIM WHATS GOING ON WITH MY HUSBAND ??? JEAN KEENER

Though might be having GERD.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking. Eat frequent small meals, avoid lying down immediately after food. Capsule omeprazole, would be beneficial.
