What Causes Vomiting After Drinking Wine?
two nights ago I drank just a little bit of wine. not even a full glass. maybe an hour later, I began throwing up a lot, and it was red. I was shaking and moving made me nauseas. did the wine just dye everything in my stomach red, or should I be worried?

I think you should not be worried about the red colour in your vomit content because it can be from wine colour.
I think your stomach couldn't support this amount of alcohol and made you vomit.
You don't have to worry about it.
I think you can use reglan for nausea.
Drink lots of fluids and water to keep yourself hydrated.
