What Causes Vomit, Diarrhea And Painful Cramps In The Stomach During 36 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and worried I might be starting early labor. I was vomiting yesterday and today has been diarrhea. Ive been haven painful cramps through out my stomach all night, still on going. I'm also getting heat flashes. Should I be concerned or continue to wait it out. I also am having a csection.

There is possibility of stomach upset which will be relieved by medication ,but it can induce labour pains. You should get your examination done by your Obstetrician,to rule out labour pains. You have mentioned you had Caesarean Section ,but once a c-section doesn't mean always a cesarean. If you had only
one lower segment cesarean and more than 2 years back you can have a normal delivery in about 80% of cases.
i think i have solved your problem.
