What Causes Visual Disturbance, Severe Headaches And Panic Attacks?

I ve got a multitude of crazy symptoms that make no sense to me. I ve been healthy my entire life with the exception of this year. First, extreme vision changes mainly in my right eye. Severe headaches, panic attacks for no reason, tingling in right arm and pins and needles in right foot. My knee hurts. I ve gained approximately 30 in a year and I ve always been a tall slender girl. I know I m 38 now but I had no idea I should be feeling this way already.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to migraine. For further assessment, you may require MRI head, electroencephalography after neurologist consultation. For headache, you can take tablet acetaminophen. You can take tablet betahistine after consultation. Avoid loud noise and bright light

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
