Hello,

The white thick vaginal secretions are very likely due to a yeast infection which is very common in pregnant women and most of the time is not dangerous for the pregnancy.

The treatment you are given contains an antifungal which will take care of the yeast infection. On the other hand most of the time in pregnancy doctors prefer to use nystatine vaginal capsules instead as it is safer. You might need to discuss this with your doctor and see if you can have the nystatine vaginal treatment.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
