What Causes Very Less Urination And Swelling In My Ankles And Legs?

I am 74 and just the last few days I am swelling up in my ankles and now my legs. I am not urinating almost at all and I was going to take one of my Husbads lasiks until I can call the Dr in the morning. The only drug s I take are spriva and symbicort for COPD. Is takin 20 mg dangerous? I do not have high blood pressure. Could it be from the heat? Karen

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of less urination and swelling ankles and legs indicate compromise with venous return via heart or lungs dysfunction.

I recommend to consult your physician immediately and address the issue rather than taking diuretic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
