What Causes Vertigo With Low Heart Rate?

I just went to the local er because ive been getting very dizzy. the doctor said it was vertigo and said it was nothing to be worried about, but I noticed that when the nurse took my vitals that my blood pressure and heart rate were low. she did not discuss this with me but came back and tested it a few more times. she seemed concernd with this. so I would like to know if this is something I need to be worried about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It might be heart block. Heart block is an abnormal heart rhythm where the heartbeats too slowly (bradycardia). In this condition, the electrical signals that tell the heart to contract are partially or totally blocked between the upper chambers (atria) and the lower chambers (ventricles). Its symptoms are dizziness and low heart rate.
Advice
1.     Immediately go to cardiology department of a hospital
2.     Get done an ECG urgently
Further action will be taken as per ECG report.
Thanks
