I was dignoisned with vertigo 3 weeks ago at the local hospital but the doctor never looked into my ears but I was experiencing dizziness while stationary. after bout 2 days after I went to the hospital my hearing in my (good) right ear started dimishing where I can barely understand what people are saying and it soudes like a busted (broken) speaker. will my hearing eventually come back and should I use antiboic ear drops to help since 2 doctors I seen never said anything bout offering to use it
Vertigo, hearing loss may be due to sensory neural hearing loss or conductive deafness. Are you male? or female? Have experienced tinnitus? Any discharge from ear? Any fever ? or headache? How old are you?
Possibility or meniers disease, ASOM or eustachian tube block or sensoneural hearing loss, etc. Please get it done CT brain, ear examination, tympanogram and pure tone audiometry. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
