What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Birth Control Pills?
Hi I have been spotting but no actual period for 3 months, I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and all were negative. I am on birth control pill and my periods have always been on time to the day so this is very unusual for me. What could be causing this
