What Causes Vaginal Spotting, Nausea And Nipple Tenderness?
I had my last period 2nov15 ovulation date 16nov15. Ive had a three day spotting from the 22nov15.I now have a oily/greasy feeling when i wipe my vagina. I have been nausea,feeling tired, tender nipples. I have been pregnant once before 8yrs ago and ill symptoms are matching. I have done pregnancy test that came back negative.

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy can not be ruled out of confirm just because of the symptoms but the only accurate test is ultrasonography, hope this information helps.
