General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Spotting or bleeding anytime during pregnancy is not a good sign. Kindly take the medications as prescribed and watch for the fetal movements. Do not strain physically and take adequate rest.

If the fetal movements are reduced or if you don't feel the movements regularly, you need to take an ultrasound scan and consult Obstetrician with the report promptly. Kindly keep your antenatal visits up-to-date.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S.
