What Causes Vaginal Spotting And White Discharge From The Nipples?

Hi I m on the sub dural implant It gt inserted in March 2017 my period continued to be regular but last month I ddnt go on my periods I m currently spotting now but I just noticed that my left nipple started leaking a white discharge what could be the cause I dd a pregnancy test came out negative I m really confused now please help

1.Mastitis.
2.Nipple irritation.
3.Chlamydia.
4.Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
5.Cervicitis.
6.Uterine cancer.
7.Vaginal yeast infection.
