What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Cramps?

Hello, I m having some issues that are really concerning me. I had my period on March 25th through March 28th. Three days later I started spotting light pink (only when I wipe). That lasted for two days along with some mild menstrual like cramps. Since then I stopped spotting but I m still having the cramping. My husband and I had intercourse on March 10th and March 16th so I thought I could possibly be pregnant but I took a Clear Blue test today and it came out negative. What else could be the issue? Why am I still cramping? Also, I ve been very short winded, I don t have any energy, and I keep getting these dizzy sensations where it s hard to catch my breath. Those only last for about 3 mins but I immediately have to stop what I m doing and lay down. What s going on with my body? Please help.

Hi, I think there can be some vaginal infection. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs also. Also get a ultrasound done to see the uterus and ovaries to rule out any ovarian cyst or uterine abnormality.
