Hey, I m 20. For four years I ve been on cilest. I ve never had a problem with these bc pills. Until last week. I started spotting a week exactly before I was due, this has never happened before ever. I started getting hot flashes/night sweats. Been having weird dreams and I m not much of a dreamer. I ve had mild cramps that don t hurt with the spotting. When I am on its painful and very heavy. This cramping didn t hurt at all and the bleeding was miniscule in comparison to a period of normally have. It was a mixture of brown, a little red then pink. I ve also been experiencing lower back pain and sharp pains in breasts. I ve noticed blue veins have appeared in my breasts too. Also I ve not had much of an appetite but at the same time I ve been hungry and my belly is constantly growling. I feel like I need to stool but can t and I go to the toilet a lot more. On the day I was meant to get my period yesterday in the morning I noticed that when I wiped it was a light brown discharge but also clear? And I ve not had any coloured discharge since. But all tests for pregnancy I have done are negative?... Any idea?
