What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Vomiting And Backache?

I have been pregnant three times with all healthy babies. This year started out like any other one on 01-24-2017 i had a normal cycle cramps back pains the whole nine yards 02-2017 i didnt have one at all 03-26-2017 i started bleeding a little but not like my every month back pain and cramps hurting so bad i want to cry just a little bleeding And on 03-28-2017 started throwing ul anytime i smelled anything ate anything or drank anything. I have been pregnant 3 times but its throwing me off with the light bleeding that i am having. Is this a sign that i am in fact pregnant with the Missing period than light bleedong and throwing up? I am concered. I never just not have one i am late like a week or even a few days but never a full month than light bleeding with throwing up

Hello,

Sometime light bleeding is due to implantation bleeding.
In case of missed period, kindly do urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after gynecologist consultation.
For nausea you can take tablet Doxylamine after consultation.
