What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Plan B?

my periods ended on the 12th and i had sex on the 19th. i took the plan b immediately within an hour. its the 30th today and i notice some ligh pink discharge when i wipe. i had period like symptoms such as cramping before the light pink discharge. some people say it could be implantation bleeding. im stressed out.

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. There is very little chance of pregnancy, but better to rule it out. If negative, wait for the periods. You may get your periods in few days. Hope it helps.
