What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Intercourse?

Well, I spotted for around 5-6 days instead of a normal period. This has happened to me before, twice. I am pretty irregular. But I had unprotected sex recently, but did the pull out method. Plus my partner has issues with fertility due to an accident as a child. Should I be concerned?

Although full penetrative intercourse not there but as per history chance of pregnancy should be ruled out if period is delayed ...
For that blood Hcg estimation done ....

For irregular period diabetics , thyroid problem ruled out by RBS and serum tsh estimation....
Hormonal imbalance also can lead such problem....

For irregular period you might given hormonal pill like primolute n .

Your pelvic examination and USG needed for work up in irregular period ...
