General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Vaginal dryness can be due to decreased estrogen (usually associated with menopause), use of medications like SSRIs, antihistamines, anticholinergics etc.
If you are on any such medications, discontinuation of medication (if possible) can help.
Vaginal dryness associated with menopause and decreased estrogen is treated with estrogen replacement therapy.
You can also use vaginal lubricants during intercourse.

Hope this answers your question
