What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy?
I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been leaking fluid 4 almost 3 days and have had period type cramping low and a pain that feels like a sharp shooting type pain actually inside my vagina. could it be thrush as my doctor suspects, on the first day it was clear gluey type mucus and now its clear with white specs in it and sometimes white mucus with white specs in it

Thrush is a possibility but I somehow feel the cause could be different, but then again this is only an assumption. I would recommend a urine analysis and a swab sample sent to the laboratory for examination which should confirm the causative agent and help us with accurate initiation of treatment.
