I am a 36 year old female. I am bleeding heavily between cycles and after sex. My discharge is brownish and strong like spoiled meat. My urine is cloudy and smells like cabbage and now I am tasting the same cabbage smell in my saliva. What is wrong with me

Based on your symptoms, it is possible that you have an infection of either or both of the urinary tract and genital tract.
You would need to see your doctor for an assessment. This should involve a vaginal swab and also assessment of the urine as well.
These tests would be able to identify the source of infection and initiate treatment.
