What Causes Vaginal Burning And Pain In Lower Back After Intake Of Augumetin Duo Forte?

I have just been in hospital on IV antibiotics and am about to finish a course of augmenten duo forte.My symptoms are vaginal burning and inflammation ,abdominal and lower back pain and feeling generally unwell Would the once only tablet treatment for thrush be adequate ?

The antibiotic can lead to suppression of normal flora of vagina and hence the redness and pain. You can take anti-fungal as mentioned by you are observe for relief of symptoms. In case, the symptoms do not disappear, you may need to consult a gynecologist.
