What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While On Implanon Birth Control?

I m 19 years old and had a baby last April. Afterward I got the implanon birth control, it was also my first time having birth Control. It feels like I am always having my period blood and the color ranges from dark red and Brownie color. Lately and consistently for the past couple weeks it is bright, bright red and even a little goopy. Is this normal? Can I make a papsmear appointment when I am still bleeding? %=

please visit your doctor for an ultrasound and detailed examination
Have plenty of fluids
