Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding in mid-cycle can be due to a number of causes.
Ovulation is often accompanied by lower abdominal cramps and bleeding.
However, the bleeding accompanied by ovulation is usually slight and short.
In case conception has occurred then there should be no bleeding.
However, missed abortion can lead to bleeding.
Pregnancy can be confirmed by urine pregnancy test but the test will not be positive if missed abortion has occurred.
Thus, consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations (ultrasound pelvis).

Thanks and take care
