Hi I think there can be many reasons for bleeding in pregnancy depending on the trimester. In early pregnancy, it can be implantation bleeding or an indication of early miscarriages. In 2nd and 3rd trimester, it happens due to low lying placenta generally. But you need evaluation to confirm that. So, better to consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Hope it helps.
