What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Intercourse While Using Mirena?
Bleeding during intercouse while using Mirana. I went to my obgyn and he said it was normal. I ve had it replaced last year and never in the 6 years total have I bled up until 3 months ago. Will it subside? What is causing the bleeding? I haven t had my period in years.

It could be due to minor mucosal abrasions. In most of the cases, it will settle by itself without any complications. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
