What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And UTI In An Infant?
My great granddaughter was taken to the emergency room last night. She had vaginal bleeding. ER doctor told my granddaughter that my great granddaughter has an UTI infection. I would like to know what would cause vaginal bleeding on a 4 month old baby.

I think it may be a UTI and bleeding is from urinary track not from vagina or uterus.
The main problem of vaginal or uterine bleeding may be congenital malformations or trauma.
