What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Switching Pills?

Im on lady pills for 13 yrs. And now switch to micropill..but i experience breatrough bleeding..i have my ultrasound..hypoechoic nodule(myoma)color flow negative..top normal size uterus with intramural myoma..thick endometrium..normal size ovary..i have spotting for 4days now and finish tha micropil yesterday

you should go for pills and change of brand only with doctors advise.get checked by gynecologist and after checkup take advise for treatment.
