What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse While Having Faint Positive Result For Pregnancy?

I have had frequent bleeding especially during and after intercourse. My stomach is very tender and I m having mood swings constantly. I took a home pregnancy test and noticed a very faint line in the positive reading. Am I pregnant or is there something else I should be worried about

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Frequent bleeding during and after intercourse with tenderness in abdomen is not a normal phenomenon. It could be due to growth in the endometrium or cervix like polyps; or due to infection like Cervicitis, Endometritis or Vaginitis. Pregnancy test with faint line could be false negative and is inconclusive.
If there is delay in periods, you need to confirm pregnancy by other means like estimation of serum beta-HCG.
If pregnancy is negative, kindly get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out polyp and if infection is suspected, consult Gynecologist for appropriate management.
