What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse When Diagnosed With Ovarian Cyst?

I have 2 2cm cyst on my left side one has adnormal cells and. Alot of fluid in my culde sac and cells beside my left ovary ....I bleed after sex and I hurt from my left ribs to my left knee and fatigue I also have left Brest cancer and ms now we think I may have ovary cancer ....what can I do for all this pain

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of malignancy then it need to be ruled out for other lesion too, because chances of metastasis could be likely hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
