What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse Postpartum?

I had a baby March 19 and had postpartum bleeding until April 23. Then I had unprotected sex April 24,25, 27 and then unprotected sex may 2 and on may 3 in the morning. Then on May 4 I went to the bathroom and wiped and bright red blood but very little, but I wiped again and it was a red stringy discharge but I wiped again and nothing. And I haven t bled since then or had that again. And I still have not gotten my period after the postpartum bleeding. Could it have been implantation bleeding/spotting or just effects after birth ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such bleeding per vagina could be due to hormone disturbances, but in my opinion better to get done the ultrasonography test, just to rule out the uterine residual parts, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
