Hi,
Implantation bleeding happens 14 days after fertilization i.e roughly around the time of the next period. Women develop ovum 14 days after the last menses and thus fertiliation can happen only on Day 14. so after fertilization, it takes 14 more days to implant and cause implantation bleeding, which is roughly the time of next menses. It cannot happen the next day of intercourse. The bleeding is probably due to local trauma.
