What Causes Urine Specks With Stomach Pain?

I have been seeing tiny black specks in my urine and the last week I been having this pain in my lower stomach above my pubic hair line. its like a come and go kinda pain but when I start hurting.....it hurts. I went to ER last Wednesday nothing showed up on ct scan.

Hi,

The tiny black specks you noted in your urine associated with pain in your lower stomach is indicative for possible bleeding from your uro-genital tract.

If nothing showed up on ct-scan, then, I advise to run the following tests:
- full blood count
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound

Avoid foods/drinks with artificial coloring and increase water intake until results are in.
