General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Here investigations have to be done to rule out the cause for this urinary problem. Urinary tract infection or prostatic enlargement also can be the possibility.

For that, work up should be done as follows:
-Urine routine microscopic examination
-Per rectal prostate palpation
-USG pelvis if needed
-Urodynamic flow study if needed.

According to the cause, specific treatment given should be given. Consult the urologist for examination and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
