What Causes Urinary Tract Infection?

I get numerous urinary tract infections--about every 3 to 4 months. I try to drink about 2 liters of water daily as well as coffee, tea, and juice. My hygiene is excellent. I know how to wipe properly. I only use white toilet paper, and I do not take bubble baths.
