What Causes Urinary Retention With Slow Bladder Voiding?
I am unable to urinate. I must use extreme force, bearing down and pushing as hard as I can in order to go. When I relax to take a breath the slow stream of urine stops and I have to continue this until I feel my bladder is empty. I do not feel the sensation of a full blatter or any urge to go. This is also starting with my bowel movements as well. The inability to urinate is mostly before bed and when I wake up in the morning (started 4 days ago). I do not have insurance at this time and prefer to find out what the possible cause(s) are and if there is anything I can do or take for the next 30 days until I receive insurance.
* There sounds obstruction in the pathway of urination and immediate consultation is recommended at ER rather than waiting for 30 days.
* Constant back pressure over kidneys can put a threat of hydronephrosis in this case and do not neglect it at all.
