What Causes Urinary Incontinence With Foul Smell?

My 6 year old has very foul smelling urine, almost like cat urine, along with occasional daytime accidents and more frequent nighttime accidents. Her doctor has done several urinalysis tests and an ultrasound. Do you have any idea what may be the cause

I have gone through your case and being your physician I completely understand your health concern..
In my opinion your child has got Urinary tract infection which needs treatment with antibiotics.. ..... If I will be treating your child I will be looking at the cause of this...whether your child has got posterior uretheral valves or not for which micturating cystogram along with ultrasound should be done...
Continue with the treatment which your doctor has prescribed and it will be okay in a week time..
