What Causes Urinary Incontinence And A Rash In The Vagina?

unable to hold urination, constant water drinking ( never a water drinker) consuming 20 oz at a time. daily I may drink close to 100 oz. Skin suddenly crepe. about 3-4 weeks ago I was on a strong antibiotic ( forgot name) for 5 days and about a week after I was done with the meds , I got a rash vaginally (outer).

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The reason for your incontinence (unable to hold urination) could be an infection to urinary tract or bladder.
You may have to get urine analysis and urine culture done.
And get antibiotics like Tab. Nitrofurantoin for 5 days.
Once you get rid of the infection, you would not have urgency.

Rash in vagina could be due to gonorrhoea (common sexually transmitted disease).
I would give my patients Doxycycline for 5 days.
It is good to show the rash to the gynecologist to determine the cause of lesion.

Get your pap smears done every year.

Empty your bladder frequently (don not wait for a long period).

Use diapers, it is safe during long trips.
